Very professional job and very pleased with the work

Had a door hung and handle fitted. Very good service. Turned up on time. Very freindly. Would recomend and planing to use again.

Replacement of all floor joists and lay new floor. Also raise stone floor and replace broken tiles. We are very happy with the excellent service and quality of work. Quote provided was clear and reasonable. The builders kept us informed on both timescales and cost. The job was completed to our full satisfaction.

I'm thrilled with the outcome of my hall. Job was done quickly and house was left tidy. Arrived on time, will definately be calling for future work. Had the added bonus of having a tile fixed on my roof last minute. Highly recommended. S Parry

Second time we have used this builder and again have been thrilled with the quaility of his work and were delighted with the price. We now have a huge cupboard under our stairs great for storage at a fantastic price. We are now trying to decide what the next job we want him to do. We requested a quote for new spindles to be put into our banister. Workmanship was outstanding and the attention to detail was more than apparent. We were contacted a couple of days before work was due to commence as they wanted to confirm the time to come round to carry out the work so we were reassured that they would be there when they said they would be and confirmed they had the materials ready to carry out the work. They arrived on time and carried out the the work neatly with precision and were very polite. The quote we received for the work seemed more than fair and was very transparent to understand with no hidden extras. We have decided after seeing the results of this job to seek quotes from SDBuilding on other jobs we have been thinking of doing and now it seems we have found a perfect builder to carry out the work . Well, what can I say... Stephen and Dan (friendly and helpful) arrived on time and worked hard to resolve my problem. I was very impressed and grateful to them both. I took advantage of having the pair on site and offered them another job, which completed in no time. I will definitely hire them both again. Good work lads!
