Great guy, good job very reasonable costs

Work done professionally and timely. Everything was as per quote and we were fully updated on any changes. He was also conscientious about things we had overlooked and advised us on how best to move forward. Everything was very transparent, and he went the extra mile to ensure the job was done well

Sam arranged to come around and was prompt and efficient. What impressed me about Sam, was his knowledge and honesty. No job went ahead, as Sam advised that the damp problem was one caused by condensation and NOT damp. This was a great relief. A less scrupulous builder could have sinned a line to garner work. Sam is a great guy, whom I will use when we need other works carrying out. Very impressed Sam. Best, Richard

Sam did a great job repairing a very damp patch of wall, reskimming the whole room and replacing DPC. Well priced, and was prompt and reliable. Would hire again when we need work done.
