Sam Cardy has just finished putting on a new lead roof over the front door porch. A first class job, done on a swelteringly hot day. He kept us in the loop (scaffolding, getting the lead) and we are very pleased with the result. We highly recommend him.

We are very happy with the results of the job done by Samos Titan. A very professional job that was carried out quickly and efficiently. These are really genuine tradesmen who take care to do the job properly and clean up after themselves taking all rubbish away with them. A detailed written quote for the job was given and all requirements discussed in detail before the job was started. The roof repairs have been well and truly put to the test with all the rain we have had since the job was completed and there is not the slightest sign of a problem now. We were so impressed with Samos Titan that we are now in discussions with them regarding quotations for further building works. A very happy customer!

Sam and his team have been no less than brilliant and they won this job (we saw 7 builders) due to the amount of knowledge they possess on old buildings and construction in general. Intelligent, trustworthy and hardworking, Samos Titan delivered a fabulous job on a very tight budget. They saved us money at every angle, without us asking. Always on time and working beyond six pm most days, they worked relentlessly to get the renovation completed for us, dealing seamlessly with the usual construction delays. They are specialists in lead work, renovation and understand old buildings and how they have been constructed. You wont find these guys shoving in the cement when it should be lime. I rang various builders to provide a quote for a complete bathroom overhall and found Mr Cardy's to be the most thorough and reasonable quotation. He completed the work on time and more importantly on budget. Sam was always friendly and professional. his work was to the very highest standard and we will be using him again in the very near future and recommend him highly.

Sam came highly recommended to us by our neighbour. Sam initially came to the property and we have a indepth conversation of the work to be undertaken and he said he would provide a quotation within the week. This arrived and we accepeted his quotation. He completely replaced our kitchen and bathroom, fitted both floor and wall tiles and undertook all plumbing work. We also had some plastering work done on the interior walls of our house and rendering to the outside of the property. Sam and his small team, were always punctual, polite and professional and even worked longer days and weekends to ensure the job was finished BEFORE the due date, due to a family function. I highly recommend Sam Cardy and Samos-Titan Lead and Lime and would not hesitate to use them again.
