The guys were great. Worked round bad weather to remove and re rough cast the house and made a very good job of it. Very good at communicating, price, timescale, what the job entailed and then if there where any delays / issues.

An issue with obtaining photographs of the work carried out however we go there in the end. By all accounts, a good job and would not hesitate to hire James again.

James and his team were totally professional. The harling to the house looks amazing he even left the tin of paint for the window surrounds as the weather was awful and the rain washed it off. 100% for James and his team for a job very well done. James also subcontracted for our driveway, we wanted it tarmaced they were not so punctual and james did come out and inspect the job which was not perfect so he called them back out. I have to say we still have a few problem area's where weeds are growing down the side of our neighbours wall on our side due to NO tarmac and the area they patched does look very different from the rest unfortuately it's very obvious to all that walk past. Thanks James we would defo call on you again but maybe not your sub contractor.

Came up with a solution to a gutter problem I had. He was the only roofer who suggested a solution. He was professional at all times and I would recommend to friends and family.

I found James to be a very friendly and helpful young guy who explained in detail all the work that they were going to do. He took photographs throughout the procedure so that I was fully informed and not left in the dark wondering what the workmen had done on the roof. The dormer roof needed to be re-felted and short of going up the ladders myself, there was no other way that I knew what was being done. At the end of the first day, the job was halfway through. James assured me that the roof was water tight. On rising the following day, the dormer had sprung two new leaks, one leak was much larger than the initial leak. Naturally I was alarmed, and I phoned James around 8am. I live in Auchtermuchty and he is based in Edinburgh, and he was here in no time. He took photos of the work in progress. James also pointed out the problem areas where the leaks were, and he showed me that they were due to the old flashing which was replaced.It had been raining so much these last few days, that any little problem or gap can appear worse at a time like this. James gave me a verbal 15 year guarantee and I can ring him if any problems occur during that time. James is keen to please the customer and treated me with respect -Very rare qualities these days!

James is affable & business like. His prices are competitive & contact with the me was quick. The job was delayed for a day due to the weather through no fault of his own but when he started with his colleague the work progressed effectively and efficiently & was completed to my satisfaction. A hassle free experience. Recommended

Work compleated but HUGE mess left in bedroom. work was rushed and clean-up was so significant I hired a cleaner which added 50% to cost of the just.

Felt confident in choosing this company and indeed received an excellent job. very easy to deal with, mannerly and friendly but business like. I would recommend this company for roof repair, and would indeed use them again.

I was really pleased with the work carried out. Mr. Mccallum was able to give me a quote within a day of posting the ad and to carry out the work very soon after. The price was very good value and the work carried out to a good quality and without disruption to our property. We would be happy to invite this company to carry out any future work which arises.
