Mike has been polite right from the inception when I first contacted him. He came to inspect the work promptly on time and quoted the same day as he promised. He gave me a tentative date to start. He also provided consultancy regarding not to remove the existing concrete posts (other advised to replace them with the new wooden posts). Work involved removed 12 garden fences and replace them with new feather-board along with putting three new concrete posts I asked a few questions over text or phone between his first visit and before the work has begun. He answered all of them promptly. Finally, he has done a great job on the date he specified in the beginning. he was polite and courteous. Work looks great and I hope it lasts as you would expect. Mike has offered to contact him should I have any issue, which is a great assurance to have. I would recommend Mike without any hesitation.

Replaced 2 posts, very quickly done, old posts taken away and cleaned up. Just had another storm this weekend and fence is still standing strong.

Michael turned up today as agreed, replaced the two damaged fence posts and also secured a third which was loose at no extra cost. He’s tidied up after himself. I found him very pleasant, so much so that we’ve asked him to quote for fencing another area of the garden. I would definitely recommend him.
