We bought a house in need of renovation and needed to complete the work in 6 weeks - all the work was being done whilst I was living away, Ross and the team worked long days and weekends to finish the work on time. They have done an amazing job, in our house. New boiler, new bathroom, removal of a few internal walls. The old bathroom removed, walls/floors tiled and a wetroom shower installed with separate bath area - the finish was to a very high standard. We couldn't be happier!!! We had a new boiler fitted in the loft which is great with wireless controls - very easy to use and efficient. Ross installed new piping, designer radiators, valves and removed old the boiler and some internal walls. I have to say - Throughout, Ross and his guys were friendly and a pleasure to work with. When our flat roof went due to its age, RDS had a roofer to recommend who was great and started straight away. Can't wait to start the ensuite next year - highly recommend RDS, competitive prices and high quality finish. Nothing is too much trouble and they left my house clean and arranged for the skips to be removed, 10/10 on every level!!!

Great price, super efficient, friendly, hard working and requires minimal cups of tea to keep him going! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Ross!

I live abroad and Ross from Rds plumbing and heating contacted me with an accurate detailed quotation. I have not seen the work however he has been very good at producing all information of the work carried out. I feel very very sure that he has done exactly what we planned. May I also say he suggested that the key to the sucess of the job was not just replacing the old boiler but other bits and pieces at no real extra cost comparing to other quotes that never mentioned the obvious problem. ....(obvious to a professional)

Absolutely fabulous service, great quote which he stuck to within £30! which was my greatest fear. Ross was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with my choices, he was able to offer advice and researched how to meet some of my very awkward requests, he consulted throughout and stuck to the timescales, was punctual and reliable and efficient and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone else who needs work doing. His subcontractors that he used such as the tiler and floor fitter were also superb, the tiling is fantastic despite some really awkward areas, the flooring looks great, and all contractors went that extra mile to ensure I was happy. I have since recommended him to my parents and anyone else who has asked. Could not be happier! my bathroom is now the best room in my house.

Our wet room is now completed and the workmanship is 1st class,how can one man change an ordinary little room under the stairs into a walkin shower room beats me but Ross did.We have asked Ross to alter our upstairs shower room into a more modern shower room to start later this year.Thank you Ross

Ross did the job on time and was always keen to answer any questions quickly. He and his colleague John completed the task to very high standards, and I am very happy with my new boiler. This is a tradesman I can definitely recommend, and I will request RDS professional services in the future.

I appointed Ross @ RDS Plumbing to carry out a full bathroom install for me in March 2015. I would highly recommend Ross for the work he carried out. The job was completed spot on time and finished to an outstanding level. Very professional & reliable. I wish all tradesman took a leaf out of your book!

We needed to redesign our moderate family bathroom to make a more functional space. Ross was able to offer advice and products to match our preferred look. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the job completed in the time frame promised. We would definitely use RDS Plumbing and Heating again.
