Lee came for a last minute request, in order to install a new cooker. He installed it and said it was ok, but as soon as i tried to switch on the oven it all blew up. the fact was that he did not use a cable strong enough to support an electric oven and he did not test if it worked before leaving my flat.After calling him many time he replied the next day saying he would comeback and fix it after few days. But the day i was waiting for him,he first postponed and then did not come, not replying my calls and messaged. when I managed to talk to him, he just admitted he did not want to finish the job... So I had to call an PAY somebody else to fix my cooker. Really unprofessional and unreliable. I just wasted my time trying to call him a texting him for days.

I would have no hesitation recommending Lee from RD Heating. He was very polite and hard-working, and seemed unfazed when he realised that connecting my new dual fuel cooker was going to involve a bit more pipe work than we first thought. He completed the job in good time and charged a very reasonable rate for his work - in fact he seemed almost apologetic about charging a little more for what was a fair bit of extra work. What a gent!

Lee arrived bang on time, did the job quickly and tidily - perfect. All communications were fast, efficient and the job was competitively priced. I would thoroughly recommend RD Heating and will use them again. Thank you.

Lee was prompt and friendly, his fee was very reasonable and I appreciated his flexbility when the job needed doing at short notice. I would definitely recommend Lee and would use him again.

Lee was spot on. Arrived on time, located the problem and sorted it out. With it being a combination boiler leak, he changed a perished seal, replaced a diaphram, flow tested repeatedy to make sure that the leak was fixed and that all the seals were watertight. No mess . No fuss. Just a really good service. Have already secured him for a boiler and radiator service in the late autumn. Highly recommended.

Called lee on wednesday and had my job done the following morning ! Ponctual and friendly. He replaced the pump diaphragm and adjusted pump microswitch of our riva compact boiler. We do have now hot water even when the heating is not on. We paid the aggreed price. Very professional.
