Delighted with the stunning new bathroom that Paul, Eddy and Sam have delivered! The attention to detail is exceptional, but the best thing about engaging Paul & team was the communication. The quote was thorough and transparent which provided clarity on exactly what was included in the scope of work. Paul also kept us updated on progress every step of the way. I also hugely valued Paul offering the benefit of his experience on design and installation choices to help us make sensible, cost effective and aesthetically solid choices. Highly recommend!

Paul and the team delivered a fantastic job. 1 x Cloakroom and 2 x Bathrooms. The attention to detail and determination to do a solid lasting job stood out above other tradesmen we've engaged in the past. Its an old house which has been poorly maintained historically. Once the job started, larger problems were discovered. These could have been boarded over and ignored, but the team were determined to make sure they were fixed fully before continuing. Additions of other work whilst on site were agreed and delivered minimising disruption by completing the job and coming back later. Good friendly guys to have around the place, and could not recommend higher.

Good design knowledge

Paul Sherlock and the team - Eddie, Sam and Adam did an excellent bathroom refurbishment. Phone and message contact, printout of plans, colour samples, design catalogs, consultation, suggestions, advice….all spot on. The written estimate was equally thorough and efficient. Parts, Labour, everything was clearly itemised with no hidden charges or added extras. Much appreciated, given the pipe work needed major alteration. The team was always considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. I was delighted with the results. Paul and the team were pleased as they justifiably take pride in their work. Project Build and Design - I’d recommend 100%

Plan, Design & Build (Paul Sherlock) is a pleasure to have to undertake work. Initially starting with a bath fit (replacing a shower only with a bath and surround) given Paul's expertise and care for the job we quickly expanded this to include a new toilet, worktop and then we commissioned Paul to replace the floor (floor substrate and laminate) in our Conservatory. Paul was very professional and flexible, discussing and adapting to changes along the way as the job developed. But most of all, Paul shared our commitment to a quality job, even for the smallest details. I would highly recommend Paul.

Paul Sherlock responded very promptly to our posted request and within 2 working days had provided us with a quote for the original piece of work (to lay Karndean flooring in our small pantry), plus adding more cupboards to our kitchen, design and build of a bespoke oak wardrobe and the installation of a loft ladder. The flooring was laid and kitchen cupboards were purchased and hung within the next 48 hours, responding to the urgency with which we requested the work to be undertaken. Paul's workmanship is excellent. He is a superb craftsman and a pleasure to do business with. His many skills make him someone you are pleased to discover! He is totally trustworthy - he was left alone in the house throughout the day - and we recommend him unreservedly.

Paul completed an excellent job on my downstairs toilet and he also ended up replacing the flooring in my kitchen, utility room and toilet. Paul's work is completed to a very high standard and i would recommend him to anybody looking for a skilled tradesman

Paul was very professional and reliable. The job was completed entirely to our satisfaction, well within budget and even earlier than expected. Another problem that manifested itself was also fixed.
