The builder has done an excellent job. He did it in double quick time. For peace of mind her also gave me a 2 year warranty. If I can give you one piece of advice get a second several quotes. It cost £320 for what my nieghbour said was No more than 20mins work. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF

I hired them for a roof repair and repainting job that we agreed on in advance. To be fair, the roof repair work itself was done well. The repair quality is good and I have no issue with that part. However, the overall experience was very bad. After promising to come on 18 February to complete the repainting, they did not show up and did not send any message to inform me. I even contacted them one day before to confirm, but there was no response. I continued to send messages and could see that they were read, yet there was still no reply. Being ignored like this is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. After I posted my review, Roy actively contacted me when he saw it, so I finally got the chance to talk with him. I appreciate that he reached out at that point, but I wish the communication had happened earlier instead of only after a negative review was posted. Although the repair work itself is good, the poor communication and broken promises made this a very bad overall experi
