I am very happy with work carried out. Arrived on time each day. Work was completed sooner than I had expected. Mess cleared at the end. Great job.

After PMI looked at the work required, giving us a price that was the same as the other quotation we had, as he said he had may years experience we decided to go with him. It was a shame that once he had got half way through the plastering in the small bathroom, he then said it was going to cost another £80 on top of what was agreed, we where not best pleased but felt we where held to ransom a bit, plus the fact that he did not finish all the wall as requested and quoted for, where the shower unit was going and side that it was fine like that.. So I would suggest you make sure that the price is the price before you take him on.

Phil and his immediate team did a good job for us. On time and delivered to price and importantly communication remained good throughout the job which helped when we hit glitches. Nice guys to have around and he really went the extra mile to keep me happy!!! His electrical and particularly plumbing subcontractors left plenty to be desired but Phil managed the situation well and it resolved without tears. I understand he wont be using them again. The site was left tidy throughout. Happy to recommend Phil.

If you’re searching for a straightforward, reliable, skilled and efficient builder, with a great team behind him, then look no further. Having had an appalling experience with a so called builder on a major extension project recently who had a veritable catalogue of excuses, kept disappearing for days on end and never finished the job, I was frankly very wary and on my guard about the trades in East Sussex. I’m pleased to say Phil and his team have restored my faith thankfully. He is a “john blunt”, no nonsense bloke, which is what I needed. Especially when some unanticipated and serious structural problems were uncovered as part of this project. He was completely unphased by it and sorted the problem out at a reasonable cost, with no fuss and minimal impact on the duration of the works. His team were always punctual, polite and friendly and worked efficiently throughout and all put in a decent day’s work every day of the project. I would unreservedly recommend Phil to anyone seeking works to their property. I will most definitely use Phil again if I need any further repairs or improvements to mine. I just wish I’d found him sooner!

What a company! My need was urgent and Phil fitted me in around his very busy schedule, the result? Amazing! I certainly made the right choice with this one, I don't think I have ever seen plastering so smooth - just like glass and the boys were so neat and tidy and well mannered. Thank you, thank you, thank you. If I need to get plastered again then I certainly know who to call.

Phil has done an excellent job. Calm, helpful, knowledgable, honest and delivered what was requested. He kept to budget wherecit was within his power to do so. He was flexible and creative when problems arose. I would reccomend Phil 100%.

What a great bunch of guys. Phil and his team are total professionals who take the utmost pride in their work and carry it out to their own very high standards in a friendly, sensitive manner that causes minimum disruption and with an excellent work rate that gives great value for money. Nothing is too much trouble for Phil and his advice is invaluable as he has a wealth of experience that will pick up on all necessary building repairs and a range of highly skilled contacts to take any job to completion. This was especially useful for us as we needed a lot more work done to our house and we were saved a great deal of extra time, effort and worry through Phil’s contacts. We are delighted with the end result, top job from a top team of real craftsmen. PMI are quite simply fantastic and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
