Oz carried out the work which turned out to be more complicated than originally planned, his pricing was fair and he carried out the work to a good standard. He turned up when he said he would and provided support even after his job was complete. Would definitely use again.

We couldn’t be more grateful for Usmaan and his colleague. After a week of cold showers (in the snow) and after lots of expensive quotes, we were starting to think we couldn’t get our tank fixed. Usmaan gave us the best quote and kindly offered to help using some parts he already owned. The work was complete in a day and we have hot water again! Great service, purchasing everything we needed and for such a good price. Would HIGHLY recommend and would use again if needed. I thought he was very expensive for the work that was required. I believe he could have done it in half the time and therefore half the price. Would not use again.

Oz went out of his way to source the best heating elements to withstand the hard water in this area that has been damaging my electric boiler. He is very reliable, reasonably priced and sees difficult issues through until they are resolved. I highly recommend him.
