Great service. Came on same day basis which was very helpful as we’re moving in today! Was kind enough to pick up a gas cooker hose for my new oven. Fitted it all perfectly! Thank you, will use your services again in the future if needed!

We needed a gas pipe capped off under the floorboards and the work was carried out quickly and professionally (despite unforeseen problems with our piping which Oz dealt with for us). Really pleased we hired him.

Excellent job, helped us trouble shoot and problem solve a couple of issues. 5/5 stars! Highly recommended

Usman Mahmood didn't even bother to turn up he said he would do the job then waited and waited etc then he said he was on his way had to text as hrs later he still hadn't turned up or answer he's texts and calls I made to him on his mobile phone, then at the end of the day he sent me a text message saying he tried to call but obviously he didn't as I had my phone sitting right next to me on the chair he came up with the excuse that he's van had broken down and to find someone else ,if he didn't want the job then why say he would do it I was left waiting in all day couldn't go to work and still had no use of my toilet ,I would say do not use him so unreliable and doesn't tell the truth.

Unfortunately PHG agreed a price, agreed a start date and then late evening the day before commencing, he messaged to say he was no longer interested in the job. I believe this was due to the fact that he was asked to provide an invoice. Then stated we had to pay VAT, after this I requested company details and suddenly received a message to state he was no longer interested in the job! Clearly not a professional outfit!

A job well done. Would recommend. Great communication, friendly professional worker, would hire again. Thank you 😊

Usmaan communicated exceptionally well, followed on agreements, turned up on time, was professional and polite, completed the job effectively and efficiently. I will keep Usmaan’s details for the future.

Came at the weekend at extremely short notice to fix a gas leak. Arrived later than agreed but texted ahead with new arrival time. Took a lot of trouble to make absolutely sure the leak was definitely fixed, and explained and demonstrated how he knew. Rate okay for a weekend. Very tidy.
