Arrived early and completed job professionally. Installed a new ridge system on Garrage and replaced some broken tiles. Would recommend Alex to others!

Initially hired to check a leak in the roof but after a thorough examination it was apparent we needed a brand new roof (it hadn't been touched since it's build in 1960's and was really quite bad after seeing for ourselves) Work carried out was absolutely excellent, cleared away afterwards and work done in time frame agreed on. Highly recommend

Thanks to Alex and the team, appear to have done a good job, on 3 flat roofs, they were punctual, and left the area tidy both days after they finished. Very pleased.

Very pleased with Pedmore Roofing. They responded quickly to the advert. Marie came and spoke with my wife. She was able to identify the problem as a couple of missing tiles and flashing that needed replacing. She was very friendly and gave a-lot of good advice and a good quote. On the day of the job it was due to rain but the men still came out and carried on till it was done. We are are very pleased with the service and with the team so would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend.

We needed a chimney stack removed, Alex responded quickly with an acceptable quote. Scaffolding went up and work completed within days of original enquiry. Even when we had concerns they came out and sorted it without question. Thanks guys👍 Highly recomended 😁

Pedmore did an excellent job with the roofing When I noticed that the crew included young lads I was sceptic and worried that I would be dealing with bad attitude but I would not have met nicer people. Everyone was friendly, hard working and polite. Team leader Glyn was very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. He resolved issues without quibbles. If I have to give any constructive criticism, Pedmore to handle things with more care to protect customer's property. When I saw the way the old roofing was being removed, rubble thrown everywhere, I had to mentally prepare that my fairly new sandstone patio was going to be ruined. By the end, the patio had scratches and dents, I was gutted. I am still getting used to the way it looks now. The company that installed the patio were so careful they even protected my old concrete driveway by laying wood boards to put the rubble. Pedmore could invest in something e.g. wood boards, even canvass, anything that can protect the surfaces. If I am honest I don't think they see this as an issue as no action was taken even though raised the issue on the first day of the project. There is a big difference between working on a building site that has never been lived on and working at someone's home where you need to look after the surroundings. I would have given 5/5 for the roofing itself but the issue I raised is equally important as it affected me, I felt as if by solving one problem I created another.
