We have recently had a loft conversion done by MTR Loft Conversions. Remarkably it was within our budget and time frame. We would describe Russell and MTR Loft Conversions team as very reliable and trustworthy. On more than one occasion Russell did not go for the obvious and costly solution instead he gave us an excellent advice and save as a money. Russell kept us informed throughout the project and the quality of work is excellent. MTR Loft Conversions is a professional, friendly and qualified building firm and we have no hesitation in strongly recommending them to anyone seeking a reputable builder.

Really happy with Russell and his team's work. The loft looks great and we were really impressed with the speed that they got the project completed. We had a few neighbourly issues that came up (not MTR's fault, ours!) but Russell dealt with them really well and got the issues sorted. Standard of work is good and he's dealt with all of the extras we asked for really well - and without charging us the earth! I'd definitely recommend them and am actually using them for my decking too.

Russell (MTR Lofts) has done a fabulous job converting our Loft into a bedroom. The quality of the work, parts and equipment used cannot be faulted. If you were to ask me if I would use him again I would not hesitate in a moment. He is a very friendly and trustworthy builder that I would highly recommend.

Russell did a Velux loft conversion for me. Everything was done up to spec - it was nice and neat. What he priced me was what I had to pay which was good. I am very pleased with the work and it is exactly what I asked him to do. I would recommend him.

Although this job was originally just to repair a leaking roof, I was immediately impressed by Russell's professionalism, openness and knowledge, so asked him to replaster some walls and ceilings too. He gave me a range of quotes for various work from the expensive and lengthy, to the compromise options, and only ever asked for payment on completed work. At all times Russell and his colleagues were polite, prompt and helpful, always willing to offer advice on unrelated diy work. The work was done to a high standard and to very reasonable prices and I now have that wonderful assurance of knowing of 'a good builder' - they will certainly be top of my list for any future work.

We are very happy with the service Russel provided - he was friendly, gave us good advice and the roof looks great to me - no more leaking! Also tidied up after themselves, thank you!
