Job was done well, but after 2 years and several phone calls I still haven't received the guarantee as promised after each phone call.

Tom is a gent! Him and his team are incredible and he reallly goes stick to his word. His work is attention to detail and doesn’t take any short cuts. He has done a lot more work for me since then! Highly recommended. The best in the trade.

I had mould growing on my utility walls. Gary came out and conducted the survey and advised the way to remedy the issue. When the job had started Tom advised there was a more cost effective way of solving the issue so he changed the plan and saved me a little on the cost. Once the plan was made Gary and Nico completed the work. They arrived late everyday and drank me out of all my tea haha. Gary visited the chip shop close by on one day to collect me some chips. All the people at Midland Damp Doctor were very kind and helpful. Were almost one year on from the completion of the work and I have no sign of any of the previous issues. I would highly recommend them for any damp problems people are facing. They have been very helpful with repeated visits over the past 12 months to help with other issues I have had. Absolutely first class !!!

They were absolutely brilliant the work that Thomas done for me was very good and went though everything that had to be done plus half way though the work he found more damp and did not charge me for it .they were so nice and did not leave any mess each day i would definitely recommend them and i would have them again for more work in the future

Tom explained why I was getting a problem with damp in one upstairs room. Very knowledgeable. Sent round some damp killer - free of charge! He recommended some paint, so I will try this first. If this does not solve the problem, then I will definitely be calling Tom and his dad back to install a unit.

Tom came out and did a survey, damp detected and we agreed he would quote for the job. Work completed to a high standard, cleaned up each day and provided covers for my furniture. He also plastered another wall for me which I am also pleased with. Tom talks through what he is going to do each day. Survey fee deducted from the price of the job.

Polite, punctual and tidy. Took time to explain issues and solutions and consulted throughout. Highly recommended.

My request was picked up and answered immediately, a visit was arranged and Tom came round to assess the problem. He carried out a thorough check and talked me through everything involved, without trying to pressurise me into buying the product. I decided to go with Midland Damp Doctor as I trusted what Tom was saying as he made everything clear and straightforward. Gary came to install the ventilation system and was done within a few hours, leaving no mess! My loft isn't the easiest to access but he managed without difficulty. The system is very discreet and I can already feel a difference in the air quality in my house. The chemical provided to spray onto the mould was much appreciated too.
