Mark sorted out the problem of the Cistern, which was not flushing long term, replacing it with a new far better quality inside unit,giving good advice on how to preserve it. Gave me advice about the planned moving of the radiator along with its under floor pipes, which he will carry out. Mark is communicative and an experienced, qualified plumber. Mark was my second stab at getting a job done. He rang me and we talked through what was needed doing. He popped around and the job was more complicated, he was happy to go order additional parts. Communicated well. And did a fine job in the end. A nice trusting guy! Couldn't recommend enough.
