I found Alan to be an honest; straightforward, hardworking and effcient decorator. I am that impressed with his work that I have lined up other jobs for him to do for me again at other properties.Must say was sceptical about recruiting a builder form thissite , but Alan and members of his outfit completely changed my perception. I will recomed thei rservice for anyone looking for a good work to be done at reasonable price

Highly recommended. Alan and his team worked hard to get the job done as soon as possible and when confronted with problems that were outside of their control, worked very long hours to ensure the project didn't extend further than necessary. The work was completed with good attention to detail and any additional items were discussed with me before being carried out. Alan stayed in touch and was contactable the entire time providing clear updates on progress at every step. Will be hiring ACM again to do some more work.

Alan turned up on time, did a great job, was really helpful, efficient, organised, neat and tidy. I am very pleased with my cupboards and would definitely recommend his firm.

Excellent job done by Alan on repairing porch French Doors, which involved replacing rotten frame, sanding doors and painting inside and out and replacing broken lock. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Job done over 2 days even with snowy freezing weather and came back to do the final finishing on the 3rd day (2nd Feb '09). Would definitely use again and refer to potential customers. Also worth noting for those busy working people - Alan did the job over the weekend which was also one of my reasons for hiring him. Job done was good but left a mark on my sofa which i only discovered afterwards.

Alan did a great job on the bathroom tiling. He sourced all the materials; and his work was very professional. He worked very long hours to complete the job and cleaned everything up afterwards. I will definitely recruit Alan again if I have another bathroom /tiling issue.

We've had pretty much the whole house redecorated, ceilings and walls replastered, new coving and skirtings replaced, all surfaces painted throughout. Alan has done a brilliant job - well planned and managed. He cares about the quality of his work and ensures that the people he has working for him meet the standards he expects. The quality of the finish is very high. Communication with us has been excellent. Alan has gone out of his way to keep the mess and inconvenience to a minimum. At the same time, he has worked really hard (including at weekends) to get the job done to deadline. His enthusiasm and commitment to the job, together with his easy going manner clearly inspire others to work hard alongside him and has made it a pleasure to have him working in our house. We are very happy customers.

Alan did a lovely job. All was fine, there was no problems, there was no come backs after he finished. Clean and tidy.. He is very reliable, polite, honest and trustworthy. I can happily recommend him
