Luma Developments where a pleasure to work with. Just to set the scene a bit, I had just purchased a property with a few grimlings (which I knew about) and Des was very accommodating in helping me getting these issues resolved while also doing the original job he was brought in for. All costs where were explained if before hand and so there were no nasty surprises either.

Excellent - 1st class job at a reasonable price

Really pleased with the laminate floor that Des and his son supplied and fitted to my daughter's bedroom . The work was carried out to a high standard , they arrived on time and left the room clean and tidy . the whole process from quote to completion was very smooth . I would highly recommend Luma developments and have already booked them in to refurbish my utility room .

Very polite tidy and wonderful job - so pleased

This was a relatively small job with Des being able to fit it in to his already very crowded schedule. The standard of work was excellent and it was completed sooner than I had expected. Both Des and the people who work for him are professional, polite and courteous. I would have no qualms about recommending them.

I have been so pleased with Des and his team at Luma Developments. From the very start Des was professional and reliable, everything we could have wanted from a company. The whole flat was totally refurbished and the finish is brilliant. I was able to leave Des to complete, as it was over Xmas and everyone was very busy, without having to check up. He kept in touch and sorted all the small problems we didn’t even know we had. I would give Luma Developments a very big recommendation. We were very happy with both the quote and then with the final price we paid which was just a few unknown issues.

Des and his team were great, always turned up on time and did the job to a good standard. One day they were supposed to lay wooden flooring but our bath leaked which meant they couldn't start that day - Des got right onto it, sourcing and fitting a new bath that day, solving the leaking bath problem, and started on the floor the next day. So refreshing to just be able to leave your home in someone else's hands who just gets on with things! They were really hardworking, polite and professional yet fun to be around.
