Cheap price helpful hardworking complete the job in time very thankful

The work was completed to a high standard and I am really happy with the finish. Des and his team are very knowledgeable and I would hire them again.

Luma development laid new laminate flooring in my bedroom, and re done all the Skirting too. Top professional job would highly recommend to friends and family and anyone in need of a floor fitter!! Nice guys, friendly and helpful! Will deffinately use again in the future!! Thanks mike

I had laminate flooring laid in my lounge, dining-room and entrance hall. The floor looks fantastic, better than I ever expected. Joe also replaced all of the skirting boards which has made such a difference. The standard of work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I would use Luma Developments again and recommend them to friends.

I can't recommend Des and his team highly enough - an excellent standard of work, and astonishingly quick. Our floor is better than we could have hoped, and not only would we absolutely recommend Des to anyone, but we will be using their services again in the new year.

Des and his team did a fantastic job ripping up the old laminate flooring in the lounge/hall/kitchen and replacing it. His knowledge on the different options was extremily useful and he was able to source the exact flooring colour/feel we wanted whilst sticking to our budget. His team were extremily efficent and tidy and the end result is much better than i expected. I would 100% recommend them.

Des completed the work to a very high standard. He is very professional in his work. We had a very specific ask for our office/game/gym room conversion, he provided the best possible solution. He recommended the absolute necessaries and kept away from the extras. He is a "one stop shop" for all your building works, he brought in other tradesmen as and when needed, we did not have to worry about any of those. We are pleased with the total outcome of the work. Des and his team were amazing. I needed work doing urgently due to an imminent move and they booked in with two days notice. They were lovely to work with, professional, friendly and did a great job.
