Replace kitchen window with patio doors.

Had new french doors fitted to existing opening, arrived within a few weeks and installed straight away. Reasonably priced. Recommended!

Replaced an attic bedroom window for me. Paul was prompt, friendly and well priced. Will most certainly be using him again in the future.

    Supply & install new guttering

Punctual ~ Responded quickly to the invite to quote the job. Very good time keeping, arrived for both appointments at times agreed. Quickly assessed the job & a price was quoted & agreed within two days of contact. Costs ~ Paul was able to quote for the work with ladders rather then the extra cost of scaffolding. Remarkable really as our property has a massive drop at the back. Saved us a lot of money. The Job ~ Very good head for heights, They used ladders that extended to 5 meters!!!! The work was completed within 4 hours. They took all the rubbish away & left the decking area below free of rubbish & debris. Quality job done which is key. I 100% recommend "The little Conservatory Company" Great job done. Thank you!!!! :)

Kitchen extension and extension to front of house

Paul and his men did a great job! Colin was a particularly reliable, skilled and hard working builder. We would definitely recommend this company. Very pleased with the end result. Would use the company again.

    Shed Foundations

I hired The Little Conservative Company to demolish and dispose of my old shed and lay the foundations for a new one. I am very happy with the result - and very happy that after a brief consultation that could work independently without me being on site. Would hire again.

    Fitting window into industrial building

Paul's team saved the day when we were let down by another builder. They did a good professional job for a reasonable price and cleared up properly afterwards. Thank you!

First Job, small extension and add door.

On first meeting Paul from the little conservatory company he seemed a completely genuine nice person, at the end of this saga he reminded me of Arthur Daily “a used cars salesman” he may take that as a compliment. Paul can certainly talk the talk; what follows is my experience with him: My initial job description was for an extension on the side of my house, but it was finally concluded I could not go ahead with this because of planning so Paul looked at another job I needed doing which was a roof lantern. I explicitly said in my initial email that I required a roof lantern (what I got was a conservatory roof) I gave him the Job on (14/04/2017) he eventually started the work on the (30/07/2017) 3.3 months later and completed the work (15/11/2017) The further delays were due to me asking the question what warranty do I get with this lantern (at this point I still thought it was a lantern) Paul said there was no guarantee or warranty I became increasingly concerned with this (as all lantern companies offer a warranty) in the end I had to get building control involved I needed some sort of surety. The above is really an outline because of the word limitation on here, Paul had broken several tiles on my roof another roofer had to repair, he was not clean and tidy and left a load of debris on my roof, I would advise anyone silly enough to employ his service like me, to get everything down in writing down to the finest detail, or don’t bother as it’s too much hassle.

    Answer from tradesperson:

Mr Grimms, obviously I am disappointed to read this negative comment you have left me on here dispite all my hard work I have done for you. I undertook the job for you as I couldn't believe the living conditions you were living in, and felt I should try to resolve at least one of your many jobs. I completed what other contractors were not prepared to finish for you and you were completely satisfied. I, not yourself organized building control who signed of my work, you have paid me in FULL,, and shock my hand as a sign of appreciation!! If you had any problems with my work, I, as always would have corrected it, or discussed a solution with you. Please contact me if you wish to discuss your job.

    Flat refurbishment in Filkins

Paul and his team were a wonderful find through this site and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy builders. Paul is friendly, honest, hardworking and knows his trade incredibly well. His advice was invaluable and at times stopped us making costly mistakes, keeping a sharp eye on budget and finding cost effective solutions that worked as well as the more expensive options we came up with. His team of builders, carpenters, plumbers, tilers and electricians worked tirelessly to complete the works in time, which they somehow managed even though Christmas was during this period. Apart from doing a good job, completing the works to schedule and keeping costs down, Paul and his team went beyond the call of duty by taking all deliveries up to the second floor, which included kitchen appliances, a new kitchen and bathrooms (with steel baths) and very heavy marble tiles. They did this without complaining or asking for reimbursement, and all the time keeping a smile on their faces and a happy demeanor. Without any hesitation I will use Paul for any future work and have already recommend him to a friend in the same village. If you choose him, I know you will not regret it.
