Great job, thorough pro

Very honest, punctual and accurate. We are very pleased with the result. He contacted quickly, arrived on time at our address, diagnosed the issues and suggested the solution with a quote. He was very quick to fix some drainage issues discovered. For the kitchen tap which needed a replacement, he gave some recommendations on which one to choose, went to a nearby shop to buy it and fitted it within an hour or so. His quote was also very reasonable. We will ask him again in the future.

Lucian was prompt to assist and went above and beyond in terms of finding the root cause of the issue and discussing suitable options to fix the problem. Really appreciated the fact that Lucian was focused on future-proofing things and overall did an impeccable job.

Lucien came to us at the time agreed. Very nice and courteous gentleman. Did a great job and we were lucky that he was in possession of the necessary part to fix the leaking tap which was not just a rubber washer! Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

He arrived on time and worked on the shower for about 10 minutes, It seems the diverter had become blocked by salt from the water. He cleared the salt and it is working fine now - although I now have a drip from the mixer tap unit. I have not yet informed him about this but will do so.

Came within 3 minutes, very professional, efficient, got the job done very quickly. Will definitely use this service again.
