Definitely 5 stars, would give more if I could. Easy to communicate with, turned up on time, extremely good quality of work, even stayed late to finish the job. Went above and beyond - more than happy!

Louis and his team were excellent – so glad we found him through myBuilder.com. Throughout our project, Louis acted very professionally from the start to the final minor snagging points. He and his team were reliable, efficient and courteous. At the end of every day, he walked us through the day’s events and the intended work for the following day. He provided solutions to unforeseen problems and came up with some innovative ideas of his own. Working with Louis has been a delight. From the very beginning he has been completely professional. The quality of the work is fantastic, Louis thinks of things that I did not even consider. The costings were accurate and when there was a variation it was priced immediately. Louis passed on any savings he made in the final account. Louis managed the project, dealing with all aspects of building control and sub-contractors, with a shout out to Pete who was also highly skilled. Probably most importantly Louis is completely honest and trustworthy, he does what he says. Overall, I could not be happier, the outcome far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Louis responded promptly to our inquiry and arranged a site visit within 48 hours. The advice and guidance offered during site visit was outstanding, it is clear that Louis knows his stuff. A itemised estimate and breakdown of costs was provided as well as additional information and guidance on things we would never have thought of. Unfortunately though, we have subsequently decided against undertaking said building works. Subject to the professional service provided I felt obliged to leave a review regardless and will certainly contact Louis if our situation changes!

Louis contacted me discussed my requirement , came promptly the same day and did the job . Was very polite, friendly & did a great job . We employed louis to replace our previous kitchen units, including a complete refit of tiling, plumbing and cooker etc. We were a little cautious as we had been let down before by another kitchen fitter, but the reviews on this site reassured us. We are delighted with the work that louis has done for us – the quality of his work is excellent, and he was friendly and punctual throughout the project. Any small issues were dealt with very promptly, and he kept us constantly updated. We found his work to be of a very high standard, and was completed very promptly, on time and on budget. He also picked up on details that we may have missed to ensure a high quality finish, and was always ready to suggest alternatives and money saving options. In all we would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants the job done properly.
