Disappointed at lack of contact following estimate. No replies to messages

Nick did a fantastic job on repairing the brickwork in an old wall which had collapsed when a window was removed without proper support. The job was not straightforward, but I am delighted with the end result. He kept in touch throughout the process, letting me know what he was doing, and sending photos and updates as I was not on site. He cleared up afterwards, and it now looks tidier than ever! Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Nick texted me the night before as a reminder, turned up on time, was friendly and approachable and obviously very knowledgeable about his work. It was only a small job but NIck went above and beyond without charging any extra and took his time to give us a lot of valuable advice. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Nick again and really appreciate his experience and work ethic.

Speedy response to request for works. Thorough survey of area to provide a quote. Nick was able to show pictures and videos of previous jobs as evidence of experience. Job undertaken quickly and efficiently. Would recommend for repointing work.

We had Kentish Builders in to do some chimney and repointing and they were fantastic, they kept us informed along the way and cleaned up all the mess during and after the work. Would definately use them again. Thank you Karen.

I contacted Nick about the job just before he was due to go away, he came out the same day to quote and had a price over to me quickly. He remained in contact with me throughout his trip to ensure we were ready to start on his return. Nick and his team were quick to get the job done and everything we agreed was done to a high standard. They showed up when they said they would (often early!) and left the house tidy at the end of the day. The price we agreed was the price I paid even though there were a couple of extra bits required. Nick clearly values his customers and goes above and beyond to offer great customer service which is hard to find in the building industry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be sure to have him back for future works.

Nick came out to give me a quote on taking a wall down to make room for new kitchen . He came out without delay and got back to me with a quote . He definitely has years of experience in his work . He was honest and no doubt reliable. But there is a delay and promblems with our new kitchen . So things have been put on hold .At present

Nick has a lot of experience and knowledge about using the right materials for the job, also pitfalls to look out for. He's honest about what needs to be done too, and has costed the job reasonably.
