Good guy, done a good job

Whilst at the outset Josh was very easy to work with, he unfortunately undersized the connection plate so both AC units do not correctly mate and hot air is not entirely vented outside. I brought this to his attention after the works were completed and he initially committed to resolving but all responses to messages ceased. We are now left with no option but to hire some else to re-do the work
