    Internal Wall Removal

    Job completed as agreed. It took longer than anticipated because of delays getting building control approval, but overall I was happy with the quality of the work done. Ian and his team were polite and kept us informed as to when the work would be completed, and the reasons for the delays. Compared to others, I was impressed with how tidy they kept the house during the work. I have used several different builders over the last 5 years and I think this team was the best we have used so far. I would definitely use them again.

    Re-plaster around a doorway

    Really good job, managed to blend new plaster into an existing plastered area seamlessly, once painted no one will ever know the doorway was once bigger!! Very pleased and excellent price. Will be keeping his number for further work and would recommend to a friend.

    Extend my kitchen and new porch

    Ian and his team carried out an excellent job. Ian and his team are extremely polite, helpful and works to exact timescales. The work he carried out was completed to a very high standard. I have other building jobs which I need done and will not hesitate to contact Ian to carry out the work. I had quite a few quotes from Tradesmen and no-one came near to what Ian quoted me. I cannot express enough how professional Ian and his team are. Thank you

    General maintenance
    Ian turned up on time and he was extremely polite and courteous. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others. Ian will do well with his future business plans.

    Patio, raised beds and walling

    Ian and his team were an absolute delight! I can't praise them highly enough. Puntual, polite, hardworking and a joy to have working at home. So good were they in fact, that the job extended twice and now has included a garden pah and fencing. I would thoroughly recommend Ian to everyone I know and definitely ask him to work with us again. A complete star!

    I am looking for someone the build a Shed Base and then errect the shed, which is sat in my Garden. Needs to be done before the cold weather kicks in. * The following information was added Sunday, 13th September, 2009 : I am looking for someone the build a Shed Base and then errect the shed, which is sat in my Garden. This needs to be done before the cold weather kicks in. The shed is approx 6 x 8 feet and I have 5 pathiing slabs, which obviously isn't enough. The ground isn't level, but this can be sorted with the soil dug up to lay a slabs or a concrete base. Dependent on recommendation.

    Ian did a excellent job! The job was to errect a Shed 8 x 6 abd lay a paving base. His quote was by far the best and the tradesmanship was outstanding. Left everything clean and tidy and it didn't break the bank. Also, the job in only one day. I would recommend Iain to anyone for buidling or maintenance work.
