Ian and team were very friendly, and helpful with some additional work that needed doing . They completed the job well. There was a delay with the french doors so the work took longer than expected, but otherwise I was a happy customer and would hire them again.

Ian and Andy are great. We were working away from home while the work was being done. They dealt with the council and structural engineer. So we didn't have to worry about time off. Really pleased with the job they did. We would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Ian, Gary and Team.

Ian and his team did a fantastic job on my house. I had 3 big jobs that they worked on: 1) Remove load bearing wall, inserting steel beam, add fireproofing, firedoor, extend electrics and plaster. 2) Convert 2 cupboards into a shower/wc - including new external soil stack; underground drain changes; new shower+basin+wc; electrics; plumbing and lots of plastering 3) Remove a corner chimney, adding beam and hiding soil pipes under floor. I chose Ian back in Jan, and was delighted that he stuck to my target start date in July. The team worked on all 3 jobs at the same time. I was very impressed with their skill, speed and determination to tackle all challenges (such as the complex modification of joists to enable long soil pipes to go under floor and later correcting leaks from a mispositioned shower door.) We now have a lovely extended kitchen and a great new internal shower/wc - without needing a dreaded saniflow. Ian is very trustworthy, hardworking, keeps in good contact and is keen to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. He also employs some good tradesmen - especially the plasterer and electrician. I highly recommend Ian and team; and hope they will return next year to tackle a few more challenges.

We hired Andy and Ian for our gardening job early this summer and were very pleased with the work they did. Within the space of 6 days our outside space was completely transformed and has added features to it that we make use of on a daily basis. As well as adding value to the property we have been able to enjoy the garden throughout the summer; something we certainly weren't able to do before. All work was finished to a high standard and I’d have no hesitation in recommending the guys to anyone who wanted outside work doing.

The work to be done was the demolition of an out building in my garden built during the Second World War as a shelter. It had a reinforced roof and thick walls. Obviously this was extremely well built to suit its purpose ( it wasn't the 4 to 1 mortar mix used for buildings today. The work was done very professionally and all the rubble cleared away. I would certainly recommend Ian for any work to be done and for future work I may need doing. Excellent

We hired iwj to dismantle and remove a prefabricated concrete garage. Polite and friendly Ian came round one evening to provide a quote and was able to start work very quickly. The work was completed to a high standard and the site was left neat and tidy. The collection by a sub contractor was delayed however this was quickly resolved. I would have no hesitation in using iwj again or recommeding them to others.

I had a few quotes in before deciding to go with Ian's company and he was very competitive with his prices and I felt that I could be comfortable working with him. He communicated about the work in an efficient and knowledgeable way. He was very accommodating in doing the work in a time that was convenient to us. The work on the wall was completed to a high standard and he made suggestions about how to finish off the steps and also suggested a ledge on the wall that has definitely contributed to the overall look that our patio will have when that is completed. We are definitely having Ian come back to do our patio as well. His team also needs mentioning as they worked extremely hard and were very pleasant to have around. They were all punctual and polite. In our opinion Ian is trustworthy and a reliable person and we would not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone.

Ian did a great job of removing our old rotten garage window and bricking up the hole. He was professional and friendly and his quote was very reasonable. I would recommend him to others.

IWJ did a great job,they dismantled and removed our old concrete garage leaving the site tidy They were very friendly and helpful when we had any queries. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering having building work undertaken.

Ian and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently to get the job done. His associate electrician, plumber and plasterer were equally good and professional and we were thrilled at both the attention to detail and finish quality of the work at a very reasonable price.
