Jim came out to assess quite a difficult job in a 3rd floor tenement, where the lead waste pipe connecting the flat to the outside downpipe had started leaking (a lot). It required outside access with scaffholding to see where the leak was, and for the floor of bathroom to be exposed to see where it connected to the internal plumbing. He did a great job renewing a section of the outside waste pipe, plus ensuring everything was watertight inside. He offered his services at a very reasonable rate indeed, I was afraid it was going to cost a lot more but it came in below my original expectations. Jim is a more experienced plumber so was able to also deal with the outside cement work, as well as the plumbing itself. Some less experienced plumbers would probably not want to take on this type of tricky job. Highly recommended!

Jim was absolutely fantastic. He was quick to respond to my post and he came out the same day even though it was a bank holiday. He identified the issue and was able to fix the problem, although it was a dirty job and he had to persevere to get it fixed - I was so grateful to him!!! The pipe I had was blocked very badly and it wasn't at all pleasant to clear it !!! Very reasonable price and Jim has a really friendly manner and was really professional.

Arrived when expected. work completed to great standard, will definitely use again. Communication was excellent.

Attended as arranged and did job. What more can you ask for? Recommended.
