Absolutely brilliant form start to finish ! Answered the hob advert within minutes and communicated clearly and quickly from that moment onwards. Did a really good job for a really good price. Very approachable and down to earth. Genuine good guy - even picked up the tap for me and then when neither of us had got any change he just said oh don’t worry about it ! Jonathan from J C Plumbing came and looked at the problem we had with the leak in the kitchen. He was able to check what had caused the problem and put our minds at rest that it wasn’t as serious as we first thought, thank you for a fast and efficient service. Great service! We wanted a washing machine plumbed in our downstairs toilet and though there were a few obstacles Jonathon made it happen. The job was really neatly done and in great time. Great work, great guy - will be using again.

Fantastic. Great communication, very swift replies, was very patient when incorrect fixture had been purchased by us and went and got the correct one, fitted, no issues, no problems, tidy and excellent to deal with in every way. Fast turn-around on job but very thorough. Highly recommend.

John explained what he was doing and where the leak was coming from he also showed me the pipes , he was polite and friendly and also cleaned up the mess will definitely be using him again
