I cannot praise Ian, John and Carl (the apprentice) enough. Very friendly, curteous, punctual, hardworking honest builders. Professional, meticulous planning and organisation with regular updates and consultation through out the project. The project plan was well contructed and executed within the timescales. Ian organised his subcontracters well under difficult circumstances to ensure the project ran smoothly. Quality of workmanship is excellent and they always worked very hard and achieved a high quality of finish and attention to detail. Quickly and efficiently solved the difficult issues found with the property as they went along, keeping me informed throughout - which turned out to be numerous! They also did numerous extra unplanned jobs within the price quoted which is greatly appreciated. They always tidied up after themselves minimising the inevitable mess. Very competivley priced and excellent value for money. He worked very hard to keep costs down and saved a lot of money by having a better building plan than the structural engineer - and was all organised by Ian and signed off by Building Control quickly. Both Ian and John provided lots of good suggestions and solutions. I'm delighted with the results and have lovely kitchen diner now. A pleasure to have met their aquaintence and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and will use again for the rest of our house renovations -that's if you want to with the can of worms you found last time!
