Chris was able to fit me in quickly as we wanted an outside tap fitting. He communicated well, was punctual, professional, did a great job and we will definitely contact him again for any plumbing work.

Chris let me know in advance that he was on his way which was a nice touch and turned up when he said he would. I found Chris’s approach to be very customer focussed which was refreshing and Chris understood the work that was being done and checked if I had any additional questions. Chris also fixed a down-pipe drain by adding additional concrete around it that had previously been damaged, which was unexpected and very thoughtful. Overall, from the conversations and work that Chris had done, it was clear that he is passionate and committed to his work and his business. I have saved his number in my phone (I'm sure he won't mind) and would have no issues in recommending and using Chris and Home Plumbing Services again.
