Plastering stair walls and round new door.
Graham contacted my very quickly after I posted the job and came to estimate the next day. As it was very reasonable we agreed he could do the job in the next couple of days. However, when he had removed the wallpaper prior to plastering he realised there was very old wallpaper underneath which would also need removed - much more difficult. To cut a long story short, he talked himself out of a job as he felt my walls could be papered with lining paper and possibly a good wallpaper by a good decorator who would be able to prepare the wall without fully plastering them! It's not often you come across a workman who would be so honest. He did do the other small plastering job for me before he left and made sure he cleaned up really well too. We agreed a reduced fee for what he had done.

Roughcast house walls. Started work at the agreed time and date. Work was carried out to an excellent standard and finished on time and at the agreed price. All building rubbish was taken away by Graham and the work area was left neat and tidy.
