I believed the worker was going to beGrzegorz.He infact did NONE of the work.He arrived then left leaving a fellow worker to do the job.The radiator in the hallway was removed.Consequently,the plastic knob was damaged and the pipe bent.It also caused VERY BIG problems with the boiler which Grzegorz FAILED to fix.The removal of the radiator caused leaking in the and was left in this state over the weekend. After Grzegorz various failed attempts to fix the leak,I called him to be told that "it wasnt his problem".I am a 76yr old lady and I was very upset and shaken at this mans outburst as he SHOUTED at me.
I phoned my daughter and asked her to contact him regarding fixing the boiler.He then promised to arrive that day.The evening I received a text from him saying "he wouldn't be able to make it until the following day,and NO apology(bearing in mind I had been waiting in ALL DAY.He then texted my daughter,asking to come the next day.However, I was too shaken and distressed to allow him into my home again.
Consequently,I was left with a broken boiler/central heating/no hot water due to this job.I was subsequently forced to call British Gas to fix the boiler,as I did not trust him to fix it.
Finally,with all the upset this has caused I discovered that he had also taken all the remaining paint,that I had rightfully bought and had ownership of. This job was not worth ALL the STRESS and UPSET it caused to me.
