GN Building Services is a great company. Full restoration of our house to an extremely high standard. Paul is responsible for all design and customer liaison, Greg is responsible for all building work. This makes a great team, I recommend this company to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble, Paul and Greg listened very carefully to everything I wanted, and everything was completed to a very high standard and on time. The company does not ask for any payment in advance and no deposit. This is the best building and renovation company I know, they do the entire job from start to finish, everything. I cannot recommend Paul, Greg and their team more highly. We will use them in the future for sure!

Best builders in Stafford. Exceptional quality & design. No deposit, payment is on completion of each stage. Paul manages the design & customer liaison, Greg manages the building work. I have had a lot of bad experiences with builders in the past and I cannot recommend this team more highly.

Mum and I are very happy with the work done. The shower doesn't leak anymore and it looks better than when it was originally installed. We would like to thank Paul for helping with this job and cutting my stress level to zero.

Excellent workmen. Gregor and his men were very polite and extremely professional. They completed the work to a very high standard and were very tidy ensuring everything was left clean, neat and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would not hesitate in highly recommending them and will certainly use them whenever I have any building work in the future.

Do Not use this cowboy Paul ASlbrighton trading as Aspire Homes, GN Building Services and A1 Trading or Amersham trading he has no qualifications and employs sub contracors then doesnt pay them he took £6500 off me did a start then disappeared . people like him give this site a bad name as I wont use it again

I am the landlord of the property that the job relates to and really needed to find a builder/ company I could rely upon to assess, conduct and complete the work without me being there to supervise the process. My tenants (a couple) were very happy with the builders and told me that they were really lovely, understanding and conducted the work with the least amount of disruption. Paul Albright, who managed the whole process, provided me with extremely detailed reports on what the problem was, how it could be solved, and provided me with various options and explanations together with their associated costs. Photos were supplied to illustrate the issues and I felt that I understood ( and more importantly that THEY understood- being a rather complex problem in an old house). I was quoted for what I asked for, a was also informed of other issues around the property that needed attention, but only quoted for those if I asked. I liked that as there was no hard sell and advice provided at every step which was above and beyond what I expected- but most welcome. I appreciated the personal service, the swift rectification of any minor issue and the regular and timely communication. The tenants are happy with the outcome, and I have photos before and after so I can see the end product without actually being there.

Whenever I need a builder I always call on Paul Albright at GN Building Services Ltd. They cover everything from damp issues to full renovations and extensions. My property in Stafford is rented out and I’m relieved to have someone in the area that I can trust to sort any problems my tenant reports. Paul offered me great expert advice and carried out all work to a very high standard. My recent damp issue was sorted very promptly and significantly cheaper than the quote the letting agent provided. Before renting, the property had previously been extensively renovated by this company including a new roof, kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, re-wiring and central heating, all to a very high standard. Customer service is exceptionally good. Highly recommended.

I find very difficoult to find people able to do exactly what I ask for and up to my standards (and I'm very demanding). Well, this company was incredibly good: very efficient, skilled, and always on time. I had several works done: guttering and fascia very well done, everything left clean and tidy. I wanted an "italian style" bathroom, it was done exactly as I wanted it. Plastering high quality. Also, they never exceed the initial quote (and it was very good value for money). The company customer service is very good and reliable. I recommeded the company to my friends and I would certainly recommend the company to anyone else.
