Was really happy up to a certain point and a lovely gentleman. Due to family issues he explained he couldnt continue with the work. However really disappointed he took render off my home and then the next day said he couldnt continue. Left in the lurch with the front of house looking a mess. Very disappointed with that.

All completed to a good standard.

Good communication and advice from Paul and the job was completed quickly. I am pleased with the result. All rubbish was removed and the site swept afterwards. Invoiced amount matched the original quote. Would hire again.

Paul was able to identify the damp problems I had, using specialist equipment, and was the only person to come up with sensible and workable solutions. His team, a pleasant and hard-working group of guys, have completed the main areas of work to my satisfaction (and great relief!) and prices were quite acceptable. I would like to publicly thank them all for their knowledge and expertise and hope to use them again in the near future. I would have no reservation in recommending Aspire Housing to others.

The look of the outside of the house was completely transformed by excellent soffits, fascias, guttering, windows and colonial blue cladding. Paul, Andy and the rest of the team did an excellent job replacing what was an old and tired exterior finish that was not rainproof with new modern, insulated materials. We have been very pleased with the results.

Paul's knowledge and advice is absolutely invaluable, he is polite and friendly. He walked around the property with me and showed genuine interest and enthusiasm. He was able to give me a rough estimate there and then, followed by a broken down estimate later on. There was no doubt in my mind surrounding the accuracy and integrity of his estimate, and would not have thought twice about hiring his team for this project. Unfortunately this project didn't get off the ground due to the sellers of the property taking it off the market. However, if we had of gone forward I would not have hesitated in hiring Paul and his team. He has an air of experience about him, and genuinely knows his stuff. I wish him all the best, and hope that in the future we can utilise his services on another project.

Serious damp issue cured by Aspire Housing. I had a bad damp patch on the wall in the bathroom and Aspire Housing quickly identified the cause as cracks in the exterior render and gave me a number of options on how to solve the problem. As it had never been done I decided to have the render repaired and painted and I'm delighted with the quality of the work carried out. My house has never looked better. I'd like to thank Paul and his team for doing such a fantastic job and for the professional way all of the options and costs were presented and all of the work needed was then undertaken. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

FIXED! Paul is thorough and meticulous. He provided a detailed report within his quote of what was to be done, but was able to change tack quickly when he discovered a greater problem than had been anticipated. Paul is a friendly chap who seemed to genuinely care about our property. He offered help and advice on other little niggles in our home and went as far as to provide us with products to try out, without charge. We are more than happy with the work and would not hesitate to contact him again for a quote on any other jobs we have.
