Thankfully Frazer was a breath of fresh air- easy communication, let me know he was running late, did a great job and left the place really tidy. Offered sensible and helpful advice on a few issues. Can't recommend him enough! He came with an assessment visit, providing a lot of valuable insight. The installation was done very professionally, with Frazer being very accommodating to my requests and providing useful advice on various issues. The installation is now complete (just the hearth is left - something to be dealt with later). Looks beautiful! Thank you, Frazer!
