The original floor beams were so warped & uneven which involved more work removing ash to allow access to bolt the new joists to achieve level, as a result it cost hundreds of pounds more to fit the support frame. I tried to get several estimates for the job, Keith & his team were the only tradesmen to offer their services as they have a lot of experience dealing with complex projects, he is a good communicator & usually responded by text within a few minutes, the floor still needs chipboard & a final level of engineered boards to fit which will have to wait until funds become available. I would recommend Keith who was understanding about my personal issues & the resulting payment delays, it wasn't easy to provide an accurate quote when you don't know how much work is involved.
