Forth Property & Flooring Service made an excellent job of removing the rotten floor boards in my conservatory and replacing them with strong floorboards and EvoCore Premium tiles and with silicon sealant to prevent water ingress. Keith and his team worked well to provide an efficient service and all the waste materials from the old, rotten materials, were garhered up and taken away to be disposed of, leaving the conservatory and the garden around the conservator clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Forth Property & Flooring Service.

Keith was very attentive and contactable throughout the whole job. It involved re-flooring and replacing some decayed joists in a small bathroom. There were some complex issues which Keith did not shy away from and made sure that i was completely happy at the end. The job was done to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend him or ask him to do other jobs.

Keith and team did a great job fitting an engineered wood floor in my flat. They managed to squeeze me in at short notice and worked across three days to complete the job before my move in date. Cut my doors to accommodate the new flooring and installed very neat thresholds. Good communication throughout, would highly recommend!

Men friendly and did a very good job. The ceiling was needing renewed and the chimney stack was plastered then the loose floorboards were lifted and refited. I was very happy with the work they did.
