I decided to hire Marcio to insulate my loft space as he came up with the suggestion to use foil insulation stapled to the rafters rather than the standard wool insulation commonly used. This meant the floor did not have to be raised thus saving valuable storage space as well as mess on the job. Marcio priced the job fairly and stuck to his price. His communication skills are excellent. He always answered my questions thoroughly and provided me with detailed written quotes. Marcio turned up on time, was very clean and tidy and completed the job in the time he initially outlined. The resulting job he did on the loft is fantastic ; He came up with some really good suggestions and used all materials in the most effective way possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would most certainly use him again.
