While Tom and Steve completed the work there were a few problems with the finish as well as not completing a couple of things to a good finish. I have also have had problems with a leaking shower twice and they are being very slow in getting back to me to resolve it.

We required Tom's plastering services on a specific day and he arrived promptly and did a terrific job. Would recommend him and will be calling on his services again in the near future.

Very prompt and job done cleanly and well. Stipple finish did not quite match the existing ceiling so we were a little disappointed at the finished result but it looked ok once we had painted. Also there was a lack of any Invoice. I did ask a couple of times but no response. I would use them again but would make sure I was on site when the job was done just to guide as to what was needed.

Although Tom and Steve were a bit late turning up on one of their days, that's as much as I can fault them. They completed the job within the time specified and also did a couple of additional things without extra charge. For instance as well as addressing the damp we asked them to hang a couple of doors for us. We paid for the doors to be hung, but when Tom realised that we had a threshold bar to fit too, he did that for free. They were also keen to do the job properly and make sure that we were happy, even if it took a bit longer. They are both nice chaps and easy to communicate with, which is important when discussing unfamiliar terms. I'm sure we will be using them again.

We hired Tom & Steve to do a complete refurb job to our front door, and it turned out to be the job from hell. But they persevered and were patient and despite all the problems they did a great job. We will definitely be hiring them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Came early, job was done quickly, did not charge more even though there was a little more area affected than first thought.

Tom arrived with his brother and father; A very skilled team. The job was completed with true craftsmanship, and a great eye. The team were fast, and left the site clean and tidy. I really could not be happier, and will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recomend them.

I cannot recommend Tom and his brother Stephen highly enough. Tom and Stephen completely refurbished my bathroom and toilet (new bath, shower, basin, heated towel rail, tiling, new floor and ceilings, new doors etc) in a very professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the work was very well done. I would have no hesitation in recommending them both to any other potential customers. I will certainly be using them again in the near future.
