Replace cracked grout
Donovan did a great job regrouting my bathroom - filling in cracks and replacing the mouldy bits. It also only took 2 hours and he cleaned up. Highly recommended!

Dominic said after he had taken up tiles from one of the rooms, that his charge was a minimum call out fee, this was not how he pitched the costing for the job at the outset. He accepted £40, as only tiles from one of the rooms was removed. He did clean up after the job, which was a real positive.Answer from tradesperson:
Customer change mind on how many rooms to be removed and this info I only received when I turn up at the property. The job was quote way below the correct price as it was less vat and also dicounted. It is not the customers fault neither is it my fault as the intricases of business cannot be expaliain fully to those who know but dont want to listen even though conscience tells them so but good communication in the future will facilitate a smother working relationship. In the end I ended taking home only travel expenses but its life.

Anyone who chooses another builder over him is definately losing out and his prices are unbeatable no one will be able to match his quotes. Very genuine guy. Donovan did a professional and fantastic job on our kitchen tiling earlier this week. He lined/matched up the mosaic tiles perfectly and the grouting work was superb too. Very pleased with this work. Although he had to journey from the other end of town, Donovan turned up true to his word. He then fixed the tiles and sealed the shower cubicle edges with minimum fuss. Also tidied up before leaving. We would not hesitate to use him again as he is obviously a pleasant, laid back person. Review left on 18 May 2011Rating: 5 out of 5tiling/plasteringI was impressed with Donovan, most of all I was impressed by the way that he put himself out to look for the matching tiles he was extreemly helpful and patient. there were a few obsticles but he sorted them out. His work is very neat and he totally tranformed my bathroom. his quote is very competitive, he gave me a quote and stuck to it. He works hard and does not appear to be gready or rush off by 3.00 like most UK builders.
