Overall the experience with Don was really pleasant and the quality of the work is amazing. He supported me throughout my concerns during the build, helped me secure the party wall agreement, gave me some great recommendations and honestly if it wasn't for Don buildings the works wouldn't be so beautiful. Don suggested changes to the architecture plans that improved the design drastically. I will 100% be using Don buildings again for my next project. I made a mistake of using my own electrician to do the rewiring, which meant Don's team couldn't finish within the expected timelines. I won't be making that mistake again. Editing this 7 months later. I was really happy with the works but unfortunately the tiles in the bathroom have started lifting from the wall. Although it’s within my contract warranty, Don buildings has ignored me regarding this issue. disappointing.

Well done Don and his team we have a fantastic GRP flat roof which will last for many years. A lot of details and extra jobs were taken care of at a high level of workmanship. Everything quoted accurately. We look forward to working with them again.

Don and his team is extremely professional and efficient. He helped us to construct the extra-deep trench fill foundation. He started immediately after we signed the contract and finished the whole thing in about a week which is quite impressive. Definitely would consider to work with him again in the future.

Don responded quickly to my ad and was polite and responsive at all times. We had been quoted a ridiculous amount by a local flooring shop to fit a simple but bespoke threshold between the kitchen and lounge. What Don quoted was very reasonable. It was a small job and I'm grateful to Don for taking it on as other tradespeople just weren't interested. The finish is fantastic and he was very clean and tidy, bringing his own vacuum cleaner with him. Thank you Don, it looks great.

Cowboy builder! Avoid! Left us with unsafe boiler and won't take responsibility for the flood caused by his bad plumbing installation.

It is said "You only get what you pay for" and on this occasion I got a first class job for a fair price. Yes we had delays, mainly material suppliers which must be expected with such a project, but overall work went smoothly. Donatas is positive in his approach and will always make himself available to discuss the job.
