Darren came out to my property and as he had his ladders with him and could see that the pipes simply needed to be joined together again he completed the job there and then .I am very pleased to be able to use my bathroom sink again and would recommend Darren to others .I have taken his card and will definitely keep him in mind for further work on my property.

Did the job, neat and tidy.

the actual roof work is neat and professional. However Darren and crew aren't particularly respectful in the house and caused damage, they ruined my bathroom ceiling which is now full of cracks and funnily enough Darren has washed his hands of it and hasn't come up with a satisfactory solution. If you use this company make sure you get a damage guarantee in writing, they're clumsy oafs that will deny responsibility - you've been warned

We were very pleased with the service. Good communication, friendly tradesmen. Darren ensured everything was completed to a good standard before billing us for the work (this included returning promptly to sort out a small issue) Thanks for a job well done.

Arranged a time to visit in advance. Never turned up and didn't hear from him again, not impressed having wasted a morning staying at home for the appointment.

Job done and have hired for a second job. Says it all I think!

Darren & Jay arrived on schedule and carried out the work to our exact requirements and were flexible enough to make adjustments where prompted. He has restored our faith in the building trade and am more than happy to have him work on our premises again in the future. They were punctual, efficient, tidy and professional whilst ensuring their clients are happy with the work at every stage.
