Can't quibble. Ken was efficient, fairly priced and his team were quick and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ken, hard to find well organised tradesmen that know their trade well and deliver on promises. Ken was clear from the beginning on options and availability, he visited more than once to discuss the work and completed on schedule as promised. Really pleased with the end result - would highly recommend.

Ken & Deckmasters were brilliant! The pictures they showed me of previous works looked far better than any of their competitors and they beat them on price. Ken and his team have just completed a large deck and privacy screen attached to the back of our house, and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. There were few difficulties along the way to do with the base that the decking carcass was to be laid upon (not Ken or his team's fault at all). As we were on holiday, he waited until we came back before proceeding to ensure we were happy with the solution he came up with. We'd also left him the key during this time, and he and his team had to move materials through the house. However upon our return, the place was clean,tidy and secure. In my experience, contractors are not always this scrupulous, careful or considerate. From the moment I posted the job until completion, Ken's customer service has been highly professional. For example, he doesn't keep you waiting for answers and is always ready to talk things through. He stick to timings and budget. And should any difficulties arise, they are dealt with in a calm and efficient manner. On top of all that, he was far and away the most cost effective of all the quotes I received. Although not always on site himself, he pays regular visits and his small team are very polite and pleasant. I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend Deckmasters, and will be doing so in the future.

Fantastic job, arrived at the arranged time, worked quickly and efficiently. The end result is very high quality, and better than I imagined it would look. There were no delays and the job was completed promptly. I would highly recommend Deckmasters to anyone and if we need any further work from them, I will have no hesitation in hiring them again.

Fantastic job. So glad I found this guy. We had an area of our garden we wanted decking but with the added twist of a 12foot trampoline encased in it! We had made a start with the hole but really needed help - along came Ken, his vision and his young men. Not a problem for these guys at all. Really helpful from start to finish, did an amazing job and we're so pleased with it. I wouldn't hesitate in using him again or recommending him. Thanks Ken

Ken was very informative and discussed a number of options, he brought round samples of the different deck boards and everything was well explained before the works took place. After a measure up, Ken gave me a verbal quote which he kept to when he sent a paper copy of the price the next day. The works were started and completed within the agreed timeframe. I was away on holiday during the beginning of the works and I was very pleased to see the progress they had made even while I had been away. Everything was left clean and tidy after the decking had been completed.
