Rob from DC heating and plumbing arrived on time after the job was arranged promptly with Glen. I had a large radiator removed and exciting pipes lined up ready for a plinth heater. Also had the washing machine relocated to another part of the kitchen. Very happy with how neat the work was. Will use DC heating and plumbing again.

Glyn was very fast in replying to my posted job, and very friendly on the phone. A couple of days later he performed a very detailed inspection of the gas and heating systems for me, and disconnected an unsafe gas fire in the property while he was there. He quickly provided a written report explaining the issues, along with photographic/video evidence, and a quote for the remedial work. The report itself was reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to use Glyn's team to install my new heating system if the property purchase goes through!

As promised Glyn sent someone to look at the job and they actually turned up, returned next day as promised to do the work required. Will use DC Heating & Plumbing again if need be and would pass on details should anyone need a plumber.

Soil pipe came down in a storm, Glyn quoted quickly on a Sunday and had a couple of his lads come around the next day to fix. They did an excellent job quickly and effiently

Glyn, Ryan and his team at DC heating recently completed a total transformation of our downstairs cupboard, into a wonderful downstairs cloakroom. From first contact to completion nothing was too much trouble. Glyn even gave up part of his weekend to come out an price up the job. There was a lot of work involved in the job including:- Outside excavation, tiling, plastering, plumbing and electrics. Glyn co-ordinated several different trademen in order to complete the works. This ensured that each element of the job was completed to the highest standard by an appropriately qualified skilled tradesman. His excellent communication skills were reflected in the timeliness and accuracy of their work. They are a curteous and friendly team who always took great pains to create the minimum of mess and always left the house as they found it. We felt supported, involved and well informed throughout the process. The whole team took a real pride in there work and it was evident that our complete satisfaction was of paramount importance to them. We are absolutely thrilled with the new addition to our home and would unreservedly recommend his company.

Glyn and his team came and refurbed my 70's bathroom at the end of September. The whole job took 2 weeks from start to finish. Every day there was a tradesman here whether that be one of Glyn's team or another tradesman ie plasterer, tiler etc. Each one of the tradesmen were friendly and professional and the quality of the work was excellent. The plumbing team themselves were fab. They were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The communication was brilliant and Glyn took the time to make sure everything was ok for me before moving onto the next part of the job. There was an accident where there was a leak into my kitchen (no fault of the plumbing team I will add), Glyn put this right, no questions asked at a cost to himself which incidently included needing to have my kitchen ceiling replastered and the kitchen repainted but there was no problem at all, he sorted it all with no complaints. Glyn also refused to take his final payment from me until I was 100% happy with the work he and his team had done. The finish to my bathroom is fabulous. I couldn't be happier. Very good, response time to the advert. After we agreed the job, which they did within a short time, they kept me informed by text/calls to confirm exactly when they were coming. They arrived on time, were quick and cleaned up and overall very pleasant to deal with, new shower works great and toilets now flushing properly. I would definitely recommend them.
