David contacted me quickly, then came when he said he would for both quote and to start work. Very polite and kept everything as clean and tidy as he could. Thank you for a job well done.

I hired David for repointing garden paving and to paint my fence...... I am very happy with the result , his work is very professional ,tidy and prompt. I am having another job done and would not hesitate to hire him again.very pleased..

David responded quickly to the job posting, came round to see the problems promptly and managed to fit in the job really quickly too. It's too early to tell whether the problems we've been having have been fixed, but we really liked his professionalism, including the fact that unlike most people who have quoted for us in the past, he actually went up onto the roof and took photos to show us exactly where the problems were.

Sensible delay for work to start due to adverse weather conditions. When David and his colleague did arrive to carry out the work on the roof there were safety concerns regarding completing the job as planned. After discussion David offered to clean out the loose cement from the verge and repoint. He also agreed to do this free of charge. I am impressed with the integrity displayed and also satisfied with the outcome. I will certainly call on DBF Portfolio in the future.

David came out on a weekend to have a look at work to be done and provided a quote verbally straight away, followed up by written confirmation. Work was completed straight after I agreed ok to go ahead, as was a reasonable price for work. Happy with work done and would recommend his service, would use David again if required.

David came and looked at the job and provided the quote very quickly , he did the repair on the roof and was prepared to wait for payment until it rained so we were sure the issue had been sorted, all round a great service after being let down by other builders

Excellent!! It was a very fast service, David is very knowledgeable, helpfull and friendly. He gave a quote which i thought was incredible for the work that had to be done so i agreed a quick start for the project (the same day) I needed the roof repaired urgently due to my bedroom and kitchen getting soaked. He explained exactly what was going to be done and even gave me photos from the roof to show me the state of the lead, tiles and the huge holes in the roof as well as the chimney that had serious problems. He also gave me some great advice about my roof and other parts of my house that may need some work in the future. He turned up at the time he said he would be there. kept my house and area very clean during and after the work (They even cleaned my parking area which was not effected by their work) Once the work was done i was presented with more photos to show all work was completed and the high standard of finish. I thought i should be cheeky and ask him about some plumbing in my kitchen which was dodgy (DIY) he looked and repaired my tap and changed some piping straight away, for free!! I have found a builder i can trust and will use him for all work i have from now on as well as reccommend him to all my friends, neighbours and family. If you have roofing problems (or any other buildiong problems), you have to use this company, you will not regret it. 6 Stars out of 5
