After visiting the site twice and waiting one month for the tradesmen to be available, with two days left before work started, i was let down! The builder had ' forgotten' he had a wedding to attend, despite confirming to me twice a month earlier that my job was in the diary!! Verdict: Unreliable.Answer from tradesperson:
Our company has been in communication at all times via phone and email. But individual was unresponsive in getting back due to rescheduled date for work to commence. This job was going through a third party and not to the client direct.
