Lee fitted our log burner which involved expanding current fireplace opening installing hearth, fitting supporting concrete lintel and plastering then fitting the stove. He did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with it. Lee was friendly and professional and was always happy to help with queries we had and offered advice on the stove we chose. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Lee!

Lee came to check my chimney a few days after I posted this job up. He was very polite and informative and has been working with us to solve my chimney issues and fix a leak. All work he has done has been excellent quality and well priced. We're hoping he will continue to work with us and also potentially do work for me in the future on one of my fireplaces. The workmanship was very good and he did more than expected, such as replacing broken tiles and cleaning moss fromthe roof and gutters. Plus he charged less than originally quoted.

Worcestershire Chimney Services opened up my fireplace and installed a multifuel stove,chimney liner,hearth,oak mantel and carried out all cosmetic finishing. I am very happy with all aspects of the work carried out.Prior to the work commencing Lee provided me with free quotations and explained clearly what needed doing,what materials he would be providing and how long the job would take to complete.Over the three days it took to complete he arrived on time,demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and finish and worked cleanly and efficiently.He communicated well with me throughout the process and answered any questions i had without hesitation.Lee encountered a couple of problems which he could not have forseen and was quick to resolve them at no additional charge.He tidied up at the end of each day and provided protection for my funiture which meant i had very little cleaning to do at the end of the job.The finished job was exactly what i was hoping for and looks fantastic.I would not hesitate in recommending WCS to anyone who is looking for a polite,friendly,hard working and skilled professional....you will get no less than 10/10.

Lee came out within an hour of me speaking to him. He did a thorough job and swept the chimney at no extra cost. He fitted a cowl to the chimney cap to avoid a recurrence. He kept everything very clean and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Lee's work.

Lee estimated the job would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours, and a gave a very competative quote. As it turns out he was on site for for over four hours and did a very tidy job. The photos we put on the site helped a lot with his quoting process. We're well pleased with Lees work and are only too pleased to give this feedback.
