Clive was knowledgeable, friendly, super efficient and highly competitively priced. Communication was excellent from start to finish and my living room has gone from gas fire to open fire place with log burner in only 2 days (my first contact with Cosy Fires was only last week!!!).The whole team were polite and nothing was too much trouble. Despite a huge amount of stone removal there was very little mess too, showing the respect they had for my home and the pride they have in their work. I have been offered ongoing support and advice and help to maintain my new fire and chimney. I can't recommend hiring Cosy Fires enough, I really can't fault them. Thank you!
