    Felt replacement on Shed.

    Chris arrived promptly and did a good job of patching up the roofing material. Chris suggested a number of enhancements to ensure the longevity of the roofing felt. A good job and would use again.

    interior door hanging

    He came on time on the day,and was pleasant and communicative. A good start. Three doors were hung, and when asked to inspect job, one door had been hung upside down, one door cut over 1 inch too short, and the third door would'nt close without force. He agreed to return and and rectify two days later which was acceptable. Chris returned alterered the upside down door, eased the non closing door, and said he would try and get another door to replace the too short door. HAV,NT SEEN HIM SINCE. obviously done a runner, and left me in a mess. Would never use him again.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    arrived on site was given 3 old doors which was in stored in a damp garage the doors where blistering and swollen i should of known better i did explain the damage. was given life story of loosing his house felt sorry for him so agreed to fit the doors. The locks had gone rusty inside hence why they stiff in opening and closing. I was asked to cut the damaged doors to allow for underlay and carpet which it turned out the doors where cut the same size as the old ones which had been removed. I did agree to find 1 new door as it fell apart due to water damage. I asked the customer for mobile number he told me he didn't know it and would get it come up with a number which i tried to call him on 3 times to but funny wrong number

    tiles and gutters to be checked

    The work was done well and he cleaned everything up after he had finished.We will be using he again and wiil certainly recommend him.

    Repair damaged plasterboard ceiling 4X1.25 metres
