Repair gutter. Replaster leak damage on ceiling.
Sorry to say Cls have been totally unreliable. We first contacted Cls in January, it is now November and the job is unfinished. I hired these builders to carry out some minor repairs to my mum's house. It has taken months for them to get around to the job. Also, Cls were meant to paint the front of my mum's house (while she was on holiday as a nice surprise) it was NOT done. Also, we agreed Cls would repair a rotten window frame. The work has NOT started. As it is November, Cls are saying the weather is going to be too wet and we should wait until spring. Very unsatisfactory. We are totally dissatisfied.

work was done in Feb she was so happy an gave us 5 more jobs we did explain that we could not paint the toilet as you still had a leak. Painting the front, common sense would try to have this done in summer after taking months for the go ahead in you words hold off think my mums taking the piss out of me which we did. It was only a few weeks ago that you gave us the go ahead. The window repair you only gave go ahead 3 weeks ago and informed u that we where very busy and as soon as a break in the weather it would be done she wants it done in the rain. suggested waiting until spring for the re pointing for which she was happy to do it seems maybe you are not. We take our customers very seriously always open and honest which we have.
